Have you gotten acquainted with your new Cobra Fly-Z+ driver? Designed for the better-player, balls find the fairway faster with adequate distance off of the tee.
It’s fairly consistent on swings when you make decent contact with the ball. Solid and clean, the driver sets up square at address. Best for scratch players to 15-handicappers.
Here are its key pieces of technology.
Getting to Know Your Cobra Driver
The main feature of the Cobra Fly-Z+ is the FLIPZONE weighting technology. A 15-gram weight can be moved forward or back to change the RPM or spin rate of the ball. Moving the weight back gives you higher ball flight with additional carry. Alternatively, moving the weight forward produces a mid-launch angle with low spin for good, boring ball flight.
There is a Speed Channel on the perimeter of the club face which helps with ball speed when you’re hitting your shot. It works by redistributing weight from the face and increasing MOI by approximately 10 to 15 percent. A Forged E9 Zone Face technology increases the size of the sweet spot so you get enhanced distance on mis-hits.
Multi-Material construction features an advanced Titanium 6-4 body and carbon fiber crown.
The golf club has adjustable loft settings thanks to its MyFly8 with SmartPad technology. Fine-tune from 8 all the way up to 11 degrees to manage your distance and trajectory. The SmartPad sole maintains a square club face angle so you can make your adjustments.
